Privacy and complaint-processing acknowledgement

I acknowledge that Finacrest Wealth Private Limited, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-70688), will collect and use the personal information provided in this form, including my name, contact details, client or folio reference, complaint details and any supporting documents, solely for registering, verifying, investigating, responding to and maintaining records of my complaint.

Where reasonably necessary for resolving the complaint or complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, the information may be shared with the relevant Asset Management Company, Registrar and Transfer Agent, transaction platform, insurer, bank, depository participant, authorised service provider or regulatory authority.

My information will not be used for marketing merely because I submit this complaint. It will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for complaint resolution, record-keeping and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

I confirm that the information submitted by me is accurate and that I have not included passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or other unnecessary confidential credentials.
